This license grants the purchaser full and exclusive rights to the beat. Upon purchase, the beat will be removed from the store and will no longer be licensed to new clients.
Previously sold Basic Licenses remain valid under their original terms, but no further licenses will be issued.

Use Cases:
- Commercial releases (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube monetization, etc.)
- Unlimited distribution
- Modifications allowed
Restrictions:
- Cannot be resold or sublicensed as a beat
Note: The buyer will be informed if the beat has been previously sold under a Basic License.
